First, please be sure to make a full backup of your database. Then, access your database and run a search for f9acaa451173b6775eb6e1a3bc60c851. If you see any results in the icl_strings table, please delete the row for this value. Also, if you see a result in the wp_options table with the wpml_notices value, you can delete this as well.

After this, clear your cache. Do you still see the error messages?
