This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Certain areas of your translated site have disappeared, specifically headers and sub-navigation icons on Spanish pages. Additionally, some pages have not translated at all.
Solution:
1. For the missing sections in the header, it appears that these were part of the 'Header Template #7788' which has been removed or altered. This issue might be visible due to a caching problem. To resolve this:
- Go to Templates > All Templates in your WordPress dashboard.
- Edit the original header template used on the homepage.
- Ensure that any outdated templates are not in use.
- Clear your site's cache after making these changes.
2. For the untranslated pages, the issue is due to the settings in WPML where your 'Products' post type is set to 'Not translatable'. To fix this:
- Navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation.
- Change the setting for 'Products' to 'Translatable - only show translated items'.
- For more detailed guidance, visit Translating Custom Posts.

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or seem outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. It looks like this section used to be part of the "Header Template #7788", but has been removed from the original header template.

For some reason, it still shows up on the page Display, but if you revise the original homepage, which uses the same header, the section is not there.

Also, when editing the original header template in Elementor, this section no longer exists.

The fact that it still appears on the original "Display" page seems to be a cache issue.

In case I am misunderstanding the issue, please explain in detail how the section was created.

I didn't code the site, so I'm not sure how the header template was built.

Once I ran the translations, many of the headers were altered:

For example, this page is displaying the header correctly:

Same page in Spanish, top header is missing the subnav/icons:

Also - a number of pages didn't translate.

This one is still in Enlish:

Please go to Templates > All Templates and edit the original header template. Note, there are only two header templates, of which one is outdated. All pages use the same header.

This is the same templates which is used on the homepage and on our example.

You will see that this section no longer exists inside this template. WPML can not translate the section, as it no longer exists in the header.

The fact that the section still shows up on the original example page must be a cache issue. Editing the original page in Elementor and saving it should solve the issue.

On WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation, your Products (products) are currently set to "Not translatable".

You need to set them to "Translatable only show translated items" to be able to translate them.
