We're working with a translation agency, and they are having some issues pulling customs fields from certain pages. They're using a connector called Memsource.
The custom fields are set as "translate" on the options page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
- Custom fields are used on the sidebar -> hidden link
- No field is pulled correctly on the FR version -> hidden link

Can you take a look at this and let us know if there is something we can change to make this work?

Thanks,
Ilán

Hi, Ilan.

When working with WPML and the ACF plugin you also need to install our bridge plugin Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual. When I look at the debug information of your site, it seems that this plugin is not installed on your site.
Is it correct?
Please read our documentation on how to work with WPML and ACF here.
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/

In addition, I can also see that WPML and its add-ons are not updated to their latest versions on your site. Please also updated everything.

Thanks,
Itamar.
