I am trying to: have the English homepage translated from French to English. It has worked without problem for a while and suddenly is show in french.

I expected to see: the page in English

Instead, I got: the page in French

Hi,

Your question is very broad.

I could not find your them in our compatibility list: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/
So this could be a compatible issue.

And, you are using WP Bakery builder.
So WP Bakery builder elements needs to be translated as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/how-to-build-multilingual-sites-with-wpbakery-page-builder-and-wpml/

Check them and follow the instructions.

If that does not help let me know what are the parts or elements you are unable to translate and let me know how did you create them.

Hi Riffaz,

I have followed all the instructions for the translation.

It has been working for months and suddenly it shows in French.

It is translated in English in the wpml boxes but it is not showing on the page.
