I am trying to: reach dashboard (/wp-admin) but iy showing this error code: image 1
Some shortcodes not working on site: image 2

Today, on string translation panel, I add HTML code for 'Romanian' field. Do u think is it effect on this trouble? image 3 (I put image instead text)

And last one, we purchased the wpml but we can't regist on out web site? We can not update.

For support rules, we are able to handle only one issue at the time. This helps us to bring you a better service and also help other users to find all the information here exposed.

For that I suggest we start with the registration issue, it will solve the update issue, which is important before we can investigate other issues.

Please make sure you register the correct URLs in your account under https://wpml.org/account/sites/
The URL should be the same, make sure it has the same protocol (https vs http), make sure it has or not www. depending on your site_url.

Can you please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?

According to the debug information, you have an outdated version of WPML. Have you been able to register your website again?
This will help us update WPML plugins in 2 clicks. Then we will continue with the other issues.
The issue in image-1 is probably caused by an unfinished upgrade of the plugin, it seems that a file is not found.
Once we can register the website and update plugins, I suspect that this issue will be resolved.

Let me know if you have any troubles registering your website or updating plugins.

* Please make sure to have a full backup before updating plugins. *

Please click on "Unregister WPML from this site" and delete your registered site in wpml.org/account/sites/ then try again.
If it does not work with new keys, I'll escalate this issue to the responsible team.

Thank you. I registered. Now I get error;

Downloading is not possible. WordPress cannot create required folders because of the 256 characters limitation of the current Windows environment.' (on attachment)

How can I solve? If I deactive and delete WPML Plugin, are effects to my site? So, are the pages in foreign language affected? Is there any loss, the pages will be deleted?

It seems that you still have the issue we disclosed here

The issue was resolved in a recent WPML version than yours.

Which leave us with the only possible way, manual update.
==>Backup your website and database<==
-Deactivate all WPML plugins.
-Login via FTP to your wp-content/plugins/ folder.
-Delete all WPML folders.
-Go to http://wpml.org/my-account/downloads/ and download the latest WPML Multilingual CMS Plugin, then extract it.
-Upload the plugin via FTP to wp-content/plugins/ folder.
(alternatively you could upload the .zip folder using Dashboard > Plugins > new > upload)
-Activate the WPML plugin via WP Dashboard > Plugins.

At this point, you won't need to set up WPML or register it again, as it is already done and saved in the database. WPML will also be able to overcome the 260 characters limitation for the other plugins.

-Go to Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab).
-Download and activate all needed WPML AddOn Plugins.

One of our customers have resolved this limitation on Windows 10 by editing windows registry following this article

If you still encounter this error while downloading WPML AddOns, you will have to upload the plugins manually.
