on this page, you can see it is in English but on the bottom of the page there are some strings in Bulgarian: "ПОДОБНИ ПРОДУКТИ" and "ПОСЛЕДНО ПРЕГЛЕДАНИ ПРОДУКТИ".

We translated them via String translation and it seems fine there but they keep showing in Bulgarian. I looked thru some other users tickets but their solutions aren't working for me.

I don't think they should appear in Bulgarian at the first place since WooCommerce's default language is English.

What to do next?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. I took a detailed look in your website and there's some section of your website that I still don't know where the strings are coming as for example the product single page, this is why I need to proceed with a detailed investigation in order to determine how these strings are entered in the content, for that, please consider:

To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/. This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.
Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!

Thank you for your collaboration. Have a nice day.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details and sorry for the bit of waiting here. As regarding your requests:

1 - Product single page texts

I noticed those texts are coming from your theme settings in your WordPress Dashboard > Azirspares > Theme Options > WooCommerce settings. In this case, here is to get you this content translated:

1.1 - In your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens settings find the '_cs_options' and click to expand it.

1.2 - Check the 'azirspares_woo_recently_reviewed_products_title' and 'azirspares_woo_related_products_title' to register them for translation.

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-theme-options/

1.3 -Now, you should be able to find them for translation in your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation under the 'admin_texts__cs_options' text domain.

Note: Remember to change the default language of the registered strings to the 'Bulgarian' language before any translation made, the resource below will help to achieve the steps above easily.

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

2 - Footer content

2.1 - At first you need to make the footer builder posts 'Footers (footer)' translatable in your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation settings.

2.2 - Add a translation for your footer post (in your case the 'Footer 03' post), you can find your current assigned post in your WordPress Dashboard > Azirspares > Theme Options > Footer Settings.

2.3 - In your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens find the register the 'azirspares_footer_options' option for translation.

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-theme-options/

2.4 - Now in your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation under the 'admin_texts__cs_options' find the '[_cs_options]azirspares_footer_options' and enter the ID of your translated footer post for the translation fields.

Note: Remember to change the default language of the registered strings to the 'Bulgarian' language before any translation made, the resource below will help to achieve the steps above easily.

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Please, let me know it the steps above help you to get these contents translated or if you need any additional details and clarifications from our side. Have a nice day.

This is pure excellence. This is how support should work.

I didn't care that much about time since I also work with our clients (I mean I have a lot of other work to do) and things are not crusial-to-be-resolved-in-5-minutes.

I also found some other strings to translate in the "Translate texts in admin screens" menu. I realized how everything works. I should've dug deeper (but it would've taken a lot more time of course) to find all these settings myself.

I'm very happy and my Friday is better now.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
