Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

You did not mention your login page url.

Are you able to see those strings in WPML > String Translation ?

Is that a default login page in the screenshot?
WPML works for admin pages, but it does not work for the backend of WordPress, and the login screen is not strictly an admin page. That’s why the login screen shows always the default language for the site.

There are some options to achieve this with a workaround:

- First option would be using the option to show select in WPML >Language URL format the option Language name added as a parameter.

-The second option is to use a WPML compatible plugin with a translatable login form.

For these plugins to function well, the solution is that users have to login through a custom page, and this page can be translated as such.

If languages URls as set to show in directories for different languages the users will always be redirected to the default wp-login.php form unless a custom front page or homepage that is translated to each language is defined.

- The third option is to customize the login form following the rules in the WordPress Codex.

Hi,

When you reply to your own ticket before we reply, your ticket will go to the end of the queue.
We reply in queue order.

I could not find any user who reported this before with the7 theme.

Usually, theme authors forget to localize the account pages since these are not used very often in frontend.
To make sure this, we need to check this with your theme and version in a fresh installation.

Please,
1. go to hidden link
2. install your theme and configure
3. configure the WPML as you have it in your site. at the last step (sitekey) just click next
4. go to WPML > String Translation and try to find the strings and translate.
5. Recreate the issue.

Let us know. so our second tier support will look into this.

Regards,
