I'm receiving an issue where some translations are stuck processing and I can't figure out how to get them to go through. I also receive an error with the API in the Support tab however if I access it manually it works so maybe unrelated

Hello,

As per the Advance Translation Editor translation logs, it may be happening because of the following reasons. Please check the attached images for more details.

a) A conflict with SiteGround server caches. A couple of the Pages are showing as translate now. When I check it in our morning time all the Posts were showing as translated.

b) Because the REST API conflicts with SiteGround development

Also, please note, you are using Custom Modules of Elementor. We have to add language configuration to translate those Custom Module strings. Please refer to the following documentation for more details.

Weve migrated the site to a different host and this issue still persists. Please can you provide more help. Plase also cc in email jack@matesincorporated.com into your replies so we can continue to communicate

You can login and see live site at hidden link with same details created before. This is not hosted at sitegrounds and issue persists. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. Currently we have reverted to classic editor as this seems to work. However i assume advanced editor is better and should be prefered tool so would like to understand why it is not working.

Thank you for the updates. It requires further debugging. So Please allows me to make a duplicator copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin -https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ for debugging the issue on my local server.

Thank you for the updates and permission. I am trying to make a copy of the site using the Duplicator plugin. But the Duplicator free version is not working on the site, it shows a build interrupt error. Trying with the Duplicator Pro plugin, it is still in a processing state. Please check the attached images for more details.

It will be great if you can upgrade the JetEngine plugins to the latest version

Please can you disable Duplicator Pro as soon as you have successfully taken a backup. Our web administrator has warned us about a security vulnerability in this version.

It appears that the Duplciator Pro install has run now so it would be great if you could get the files off the server. Now im also seeing this appear on the top of WPML.

Thank you for the updates. I made a copy of the site(Before the upgrade of JetEngine plugins) using Duplicator. But unable to make a copy of the site today, because of the scan error. I have removed the Duplicator plugin now. So it will be great if you can share the FTP credentials to access the site folders.

We will debug it further locally and get back to you as early as possible.
