I am trying to: Translate the website to Vietnamese

I expected to see: Seamless translation, same fonts that I'm using

Thank you for reaching out the WPML support!

I just had a look at the link you attached and I could see that the font you're using is called Graceland. As I can see, the issue with the characters from the Vietnamese language is that the font doesn't support those characters. You can have a look here hidden link to see the list of supported characters. In this case, I think that you should look for a font that supports all the characters that you're using. You can look for a font that supports all the characters you're looking for and tell me if you still have this issue. This is not related to WPML but to the font himself.
