Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you tell if these are admin strings (so things like settings) or plugin strings that show in the front end of the site? The "Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce" plugin does not seem to be listed here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/

Have you also tried this?
WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Strings in the plugins -> Select this plugin -> Scan selected plugins for strings

If they don't appear here (showing 0/0) it would mean that there are no translatable strings within and WPML will not be able to translate them.

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Hi,

what is solution?

If it is not listed, it doesn't mean that it isn't compatible, but only that it hasn't been tested by our team. Have you also tried this?
WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Strings in the plugins -> Select this plugin -> Scan selected plugins for strings

If they don't appear here (showing 0/0) it would mean that there are no translatable strings within and WPML will not be able to translate them.

Hi,

nothing

Does mean that the scan shows 0/0? Tough luck then :(. Developers of the plugin should use text domains to make these strings available to plugins such as WPML:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/achieving-wpml-compatibility-for-your-themes-and-plugins/

I guess that you should reach them about this, there's nothing I can do at this point.

Hi,

Every plugin causes more server load, depending on how complex it is. The more data it manages, more load you can expect.
