Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I would like to ask you to update all outdated plugins and themes to their latest version, specially WPML plugins. Outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.

Note: Please don't forget to create a full backup of the site before any change.

If the issue persists after updating the plugins, then I recommend you to check if for some reason the string translated is not the correct one, for this case you should take a look at the admin texts by following the steps described in this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#admin_texts

I also recommend you to re-save the translation of the strings in WPML -> String Translation, this will refresh the entry in the database for this string.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I was able to reproduce the issue and I found a new issue related to WPML in the site. I already escalated this ticket to our 2nd tier of support where our 2nd tier specialists will try to find a solution for this issue.

I will keep you updated about the evolution of the ticket.

I visited the site and the issue seems to be solved, see attached images. Could you double check the issue on your side? Maybe visiting the site using incognito mode to avoid any outdated cache memory in the browser will help.
