Hi again,

While I think of it, one other issue that we are encountering with the site is that the French version of the site is not reflecting changes to the CSS or a modification to the logo image. My guess there is a simple explanation, but help would be appreciated.

Yes, it sounds like your theme options have not been translated to the 2nd language. Please read through this ticket:

In short, you need to set each language theme options separately or use the "All languages" settiing to configure options that apply in all languages.
