Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with translators still having access to certain language pairs even after deactivating the 'Restrict User Access' plugin and trying to manage their permissions, this might be due to a known issue.
Solution:
We recommend removing the language pairs for translators if you do not wish them to be able to translate certain languages. This is a temporary workaround until the issue is addressed in the upcoming WPML version 4.7.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
