Thank you. I can see now the various elements to translate. However Something is not correct.

For example in the homepage, when editing with cornerstone the content of the text in section 2 is the following:

<h4 style="color:hsl(0, 84%, 15%)"><strong style="">CANTINE APERTE 2021</strong></h4>
<p> Vieni a scoprire cosa si nasconde dietro l'etichetta!</p>
<p>A causa Covid-19 la capienza è limitata, <a href="" style="color:red">CONTATTACI</a href> per prenotare il tuo posto.</p>
<p>A breve nuove informazioni sullo sfizioso programma.</p>

However in the translation editor it appears like this:

<p>CANTINE APERTE 2021<br />
Vieni a scoprire cosa si nasconde dietro l'etichetta!<br />
A causa Covid-19 la capienza è limitata, CONTATTACI per prenotare il tuo posto.<br />
A breve nuove informazioni sullo sfizioso programma.<br />

The same problem appears also for the Vini page. It seems like WPML is not able to identify the html tags in the text of cornerstone.
Another problem is that I tried to modify some translations, but they are not reflected to the actual page. for example I changed some text for the english version but it does not appear in the actual page.

Thank you a lot.

Please, take a look at my previous private reply and let me know when the replication process is done. Thanks.

Ciao Mateus,

Sorry for the late answer, I am quite busy at the moment but I think that I will copy the website next week.
GIve me some time.

I tried to replicate the pages but since the theme needs a active license It does not work properly, however, the problem is already there.
Namely if you go to translations, html tags inside cs_content_seo shortcodes are not correctly taken by wpml. I tried to add the bold line without success:

<attribute encoding="allow_html_tags">content</attribute>

The config is still not correct but I think that we are going in the right direction and that we can fix this issue for every other x theme/cornerstone user

p.s if you want to troubleshoot this issue togheter we can organize a meeting and do it

Hello Ivo,

Thank you for trying to replicate the issue on the sandbox.

By chance, your X Theme subscription does not allow two licenses? Or it wouldn't be possible to temporarily use the license on the sandbox?

Also, we've tried to access your WP dashboard, but we received this message:

"Errore: Il nome utente wpml_specialist non è registrato su questo sito. Se non sei sicuro del tuo nome utente, prova invece il tuo indirizzo email."

Could you please give us access again? I'm marking your next reply as private, in case you want to add new data. Let us know, please.

Hey there,

I checked this out but so far I couldn't find a fix for it.

I asked my colleagues to have a look at this issue in order to see if there's anything I'm missing.

I'll come back here as soon as one of my colleagues reply back to me (which it shouldn't take long).

I have escalated this ticket to our 2nd tier of support where our 2nd tier specialists will take a deeper look at this issue and will try to find a solution.

I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer from them.

Best regards,

Hello there,

Thanks for your patience while we investigate the issue.

Upon further inspection, we could solve the problem with the Cornerstone translations after these steps:

- First, we replaced WPML core and its addons with their latest versions
- Then, we made a minor edition on the content of the homepage (an extra space)
- The translations were displayed in the state "Needs update". Once we translated the English version with a minor change so that we can see that they are translated - it worked and the translation is applied

Can you check it and confirm that the issue is resolved? Let us know, please.
