Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with the YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments plugin where the product translations are using the default deposit value and ignoring additional Deposit Rules, this might be due to a compatibility issue with WPML.
Solution:
We recommend testing the plugin in an isolated environment to confirm if it's a compatibility issue. You can set up a minimal test by installing the YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments plugin, creating a product, and setting a deposit rule. If confirmed that the plugin is incompatible with WPML, there are two alternatives:
1. Invite the plugin author to join our Go Global Program so we can collaborate to make the plugin fully translatable.
2. Check our list of compatible plugins to find suitable alternatives.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
