You are experiencing issues with translating the global counter module in Divi using WPML, specifically with desynchronized fields such as Title and Number.
Solution:
To resolve this, you should use the WPML Translation Dashboard. First, navigate to WPML > Translation Dashboard. Look for the Divi Layout containing the module you wish to translate, for example, 'Chiffre clé bleu', which might appear untranslated. Select this entry, then scroll to the bottom of the page and create a translation job. You can assign this job to yourself. After creating the job, you can access and complete it via WPML > Translations.
