Split: I want to have a clean media database

olivierH-25	Hello, Thank you for your answer. I managed to find the solution for the problem. My new problem is the next one : What are the parameters to achieve to have one only picture that is not being translated in other languages and that is assigned to multiple pages or articles ? Is this even possible ? Because when I change the media parameters soon WPML to "do not translate" it automatically goes back to "translate all new media..." I want to have a clean media database. And WPML is not helping me to keep it tidy. Thank you for your help, Christopher

You can find out more about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/#frequently-asked-questions Is this what you are trying to achieve? - One single image in the Media Library. - That image used across multiple posts/pages, in all languages. - No duplication or translation of the media in other languages. - A clean, minimal Media Library — no clutter from repeated media entries for each language.
