Thank you so much.
There still is one problem though.
When I use the Swedish form an email is sent ok.
But when I use the English form the "Thank you" page shows up but there is no email sent.

Hello

This is because you have only created the email-creation template with the name of the SV thank you page (see images).

For your approach to work, you would have to create a similar email-creating template called "page-thank-you.php" and put the email code in there for English version.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you Yvette,
I created the "page-thank-you.php" and now email is sent from both languages.
To:, From: and Reply-To: are ok.
Although the English email has still Swedish names for the fields.
Where can I change that?

If you have localized all string with gettext() notation, then you should remember to rescan your theme files to register these new texts with String Translation tool.

https://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers

If you wrap the strings in this notation, scan the theme again, and do not find the strings in the String Translation table then write back for assistance.
