Same Problem Here.

Error occured after uninstalling several Plugins.

Reinstalling WPML and clearing cache didn't fix the problem.

How did you remove those plugins?
Did you remove it via FTP/cPanel? or did you deactivate and then delete it from your admin panel > Plugins?
