This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed help translating the 'Events' title and the 'Show' string on their Arabic shop page, which were still displaying in English despite attempts to translate them using WPML.
Solution:
We identified that the WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML) addon was disabled, which is essential for WPML to function correctly with WooCommerce. After enabling WCML, the translation issues were resolved. Additionally, we adjusted the slug of the Arabic page for easier testing and located the 'Show' string in the String Translation section of WPML, where we successfully translated it.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

SORRY SORY MY BAD! Forgot to mention that this is the arabic shop page: hidden link and it's the translation of the English shop page: hidden link but I had to change the page title as per the project needs, and I want to translate all of that to arabic.

Hello,

As I understand now, the issue is specifically with translating the “Events” title on that page, correct?

If that’s the case, I’ll need a bit more detail on how this title is being added (template, code, etc), since that determines how it can be translated.

Once I know exactly where it’s coming from, I can guide you with the exact steps.

Regards,
Dražen

Yes, thanks for your support and help, much appreciated! The thing is, I need to translate the shop page from English and arabic. Shop page in English is this one: hidden link and the arabic page is: hidden link, but as you can see, the arabic is still showing English wording that I cannot translate or find in WPML, and I already scanned the theme and the woocommerce and Elementor and tried the admin area to translate events and show, but I can't find them.

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

I checked your shop and, from what I can see, only the “Events” title is not translated. Everything else appears correctly translated on my end.

Could you please confirm if you are referring only to that title, or are there other parts that are still showing in English?

If there are additional elements, a screenshot highlighting them would help.

Best regards,
Dražen

Hello,
It looks like the WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML) addon was disabled, which is required for WPML to work correctly with WooCommerce. I’ve enabled it and everything is working fine now.

I also adjusted the slug of the Arabic page to make testing easier. You can change it if needed:
hidden link

Regarding the “Show” string, I located it in String Translation, translated it, and it is now displaying correctly.

Best regards,
Dražen
