We are facing a serious issue on the Arabic version of our website.

The English, Chinese, and Russian pages are working correctly.
But on Arabic pages, some pages are showing only the header/footer on the front end.
Affected pages include:
Arabic homepage
Arabic Reem page / Arabic area pages
We already tried:
Cleared LiteSpeed cache and Hostinger cache.
Regenerated Elementor CSS & Data.
Updated Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Ran WPML Troubleshooting tools:
Clear WPML cache
Remove ghost entries from translation tables
Fix element_type collation
Fix WPML tables collation
Set language information
Opened Arabic translation in WPML Advanced Translation Editor.
Translation is 100% complete.
Clicked Save and Complete.
Tested in incognito and with cache-busting URLs.
The issue still remains.
The Arabic homepage appears to not output the full Elementor layout. The Arabic Reem page seems to have content in the page source, but on the front end it is not displaying correctly.
Thats the error sometimes happening, now its working fine.

Yesterday i copied english content in arabic page and translated again then it was working. But today the same problem happend.
I'm trying to re-save the homepage to update the AR translation, but the database error persists. Can you ask your hosting provider to solve this database connection error so we can continue working?
I ran all the standard WPML troubleshooting steps on my side, but I was unable to reproduce the issue or find any indication that it is being caused by WPML.

* Why they believe the issue is related to WPML specifically?
* What evidence led them to that conclusion?
* The exact steps required to reproduce the problem from start to finish.
Having the reproduction steps and their findings will help me investigate further and determine whether WPML is involved or if another component of the site is causing the behavior.
The error log confirms that the page /property/spacious-villa-prime-location-madinat-al-riyadh/ is returning repeated HTTP 500 errors. This is one of the Arabic translation pages handled by WPML, which is why we identified WPML as a likely factor.
To give the WPML team the full picture, please share the following with them:
The screenshot of the error log you sent us, showing the 500 errors on that specific URL with timestamps.

Confirm that the issue only occurs on Arabic-translated pages, not on the original English versions.
Mention that the internal error logs show a "WordPress database error: Commands out of sync" linked to WPML queries — this is the technical reason we connected it to WPML.
I ran more tests, but the issue persists, so I decided to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support, where our specialists will take a deeper look at this issue and will isolate its cause.
