Our 2nd-tier specialists are asking for permission to install the Adminer plugin to check on the database what information is saved on the page in AR and the information associated.
Our 2nd-tier specialists need to run further tests in a local environment because it seems there is corrupted data in the database. Do you authorize me to create a copy of the site to send to our 2nd-tier specialists?
Yes, I authorize you to create a copy of the website and database for troubleshooting purposes and to share it with your 2nd-tier specialists for testing in a local environment.
While investigating, please also review the following WPML-related issues we are experiencing:
1. Some properties imported through WP All Import from our Bitrix feed are not automatically translated into all languages.
2. When properties are removed from the source feed, they are correctly deleted from the English website, but they often remain published on translated versions of the website.
3. There appears to be inconsistency in the translation relationships between the original and translated properties, and we would like this checked for possible database corruption.
4. We have a very large number of media files (approximately 100,000+) associated with translated content. Please check whether WPML Media Translation or translation records are creating orphaned or duplicated media entries that are not being cleaned up properly.
5. Please review the overall WPML configuration, translation management settings, media translation settings, and any database issues that could be affecting synchronization between the original and translated content.
Please use the copy solely for diagnosing and resolving these WPML-related issues. Once the investigation is completed, kindly delete the local copy and provide a detailed report of your findings and recommendations.

Hi there,
This is Paola and I will continue with the ticket as Carlos is off.
I have an update from our second-tier team.
They attempted to create a local copy of the site for debugging purposes. However, the server appears to contain a very large amount of data (over 100 GB, including multiple sites), and the migration process failed even after excluding unnecessary content.
They then tried to download the database separately, but during that process the site started returning the following error:
"Error establishing a database connection"
Could you please check with your hosting provider whether there are currently any database-related issues, resource limitations, or server restrictions that could be affecting the site?
Once the site is accessible again and the database connection is stable, our team will be able to continue the investigation.
Please let me know when everything is back online.
Hi Paola,
Good day!
We have a very large number of media files (approximately 100,000+) associated with translated content. Please help to delete that from your side.
And i already check with the hostinger support team and their response mentioned in this ticket.
Thanks
