thanks for the patience

As I understand you have reported a few issues here.

Please note we limit 1 issue per ticket so I can concentrate and work only on one.

1) As for credits, my colleague is correct, if they have been used they won't be used again for the same thing. We have translation memory and it loads already used translation from there, it will not use new credits for it.

2) As for automatic translation stuck, when you have such issue best would be to cancel and resend them again for translation as explained in our docs:

3) As for your slow website and server giving errors. It could be some of the plugins/themes are causing issues when sued when WPML. Since I see some of them are not on our oficily compatible list, it can cause issues.

Since it is your live website I do not feel safe disabling plugins and debugging this further without FTP.

I suggest you follow the next steps:

Please make a backup before proceeding.

Please change your theme to the WP default theme. Please check if the issue happens when only WPML plugins and WooCommerce are activated, all other plugins are disabled.

If it works fine, enable one by one and check which one is causing the issue.

Please check and let me know how it goes, and as said please let concentrate on one issue only if you need help with any other mentioned issue please open a new ticket for each or let me know and I will open a new ticket for you.
