This forum is intended for how to questions. It seems that the issue that you are experiencing is beyond that and it is more a technical problem, maybe a compatibility issue.

I would recommend you to open a ticket in our technical support, otherwise, you can also consider to use our WPML Multilingual Widgets and create a different widget for each language.
