I use the Plugin Restrict content Pro. I create membership levels in english and try to translate it in french. I don't see those membership level names into the module String translation. What can I do to translate that ?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

How/where did you create the "membership level name" ?
I guess it should be in plugin options, right?
we call it 'admin texts' into String Translation table.

So,

1.
You can translate them following the steps explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-theme-options/

2.
If that does not help you can use this method as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/#admin-texts

I see your wp memory limit is -1 and MaxInputVars 1000 : hidden link
Please increase the WP Memory limit as mush as you can and MaxInputVars to 10000 at least to work this without any issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Riffaz.

Hi

Scanning the DB I did not find it in wp_options, but I found it in wp_restrict_content_pro table. There is a way to get the translation from that?

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for the details.
I could not find the Restrict plugin string in admin text as well.

This is an incompatible issue.
I could not find your plugin in your compatibility issue: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/

So we need to find a workaround for this.
For that, we have to check this in a fresh bug free environment.

Please :
1. go to hidden link
2. configure the WPML as you have it on your site. at the last step (sitekey) just click next
3. install your restrict plugin
4. create only one "membership level name"
5. try to translate
6. let us know how to check this step by step.

Hi

I went your sandbox site, configured WPML and installed restrict Content Pro. I create a membership level (Student) but I don't know how to translate it without the module String Translator. Shoud I install String Translator?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for setting this up.
When you go to Plugins you will see all the WPML plugins.
You can just enable the plugin you want.
All are inactive as default in sandbox.

Hi,
I activated String translator and made a search on Student (in rcp domain). There is no result. There are a lot of strings we can translate about rcp, but can't find Student membership level.
