Problem: Trying to translate single strings from a template

Solution: It's not possible to translate the only one string from the template, mark the template as translatable and translate it accordingly if you just want to translate one string, copy all other strings and mark it as translate.

Hi,

I want to translate a single string, but the translation is not visible.

In WPML > String Translation I look for a certain string, found it, translated it, checked the completion box and saved it, but in the frontend the translation is not visible.

What is going wrong?

Thank you.

Hello there,

Looks like there are lots of similar strings with a similar name, being so to debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
