I made a few string translation to the plugin Woocommerce using Bridge theme. The translations are not applying in the front end.

- I already updated all my plugin, my theme and WP core.
- I already switched with another theme and the strings are showing.
- I use Bridge and WPML all the time on all my sites and I never had an issue before.

Could you help me out here?

1.- Could you mention which strings you translated already?

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I tried to access the page but the wp-admin credentials seem to be incorrect. Could you double-check them and edit your previous (private) message is necessary?

Hi there,
Thank you very much for updating the credentials. This time I was able to log in the site correctly.

I went to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Scanned the theme and the Woocommerce plugins. Now you can translate the strings via WPML -> String Translation.

I already translated some of the ones you mentioned.

Could you confirm that the issue is solved?
