Hello,

I have a site where I update wordpress and all the plugins within them WPML but in this version with everything updated I am not translating the text strings and the following error comes out, which is strange because I have everything in the latest version

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. The message seems to be a false positive, please, try the following:

1 - Disable both the WPML String Translation Plugin and WPML Multilingual CMS plugins and reload the page.

2 - Now activate WPML Multilingual CMS and then the WPML String Translation addon.

Thank you for your response, I had already tried this and it has not worked, I get the same message and the string translation does not work

WPML Update is Incomplete

You are running updated wpml-string-translation, but the following component is not updated:
sitepress-multilingual-cms
Your site will not work as it should in this configuration Please update all components which you are using. For WPML components you can receive updates from your WPML.org account or automatically, after you register WPML.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
