I am receiving the following message after installation and set-up:

There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Can you help me?

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thank you for the provided details. I took a look in your WordPress Dashboard and could confirm the issue. In order to fix it, please proceed this way:

1 - Make sure to save a backup copy of your website to avoid any potential issue.

2 - Provide us with the access details of your database management tool, for example the access to your host CPanel, Plesk or any other access that make it possible to use your database management tool as we need to proceed with a fix right in your database tables.

Sorry for not giving you all the clarifications here, but in this case I need the access to your database management tool such as PHPMyAdmin, something possible if we have access to your server management panel. If you are not sure on how to proceed, please contact your host support or server admin to get these details and provide them for us.

The reason we ask that is to make it possible to work on a fix right in your database tables, something not possible when using the WordPress Dashboard. Please, let me know if you need further clarifications, have a nice day.
