I am trying to: Eliminate an error message in WordPress Admin that shows "There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.".

Unfortunately I cannot maintain a lock on the database for the length of time it would take to receive a response to an e-mail ticket. Instead, could you please provide instructions for repairing the strings table?

This issue depends upon various things so we used to request database dump, for now, I would need you to provide wp-login and ftp details so I can quickly check your database?

Note that:

Backup (both files and database) your site before giving us your credentials. You can use a plugin for this if you like. I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose.

It would be better if you give me the test site rather than the live site.

If the issues needs some changes in the plugins updates/disabling we will install a plugin called “duplicator” and replicate the site in our local server for testing.

Hello there,

The ftp details you provided is not working, so could you please check it once? You can edit your private reply if you wish to make some changes.

Also, the issue is fixed by one of our third tier supporters and requires multiple checking, it's recommended to provide a database dump of the site to get this issue fixed, so being so, if you want this to be fixed on live site, I request you to either provide details of live site or database dump.

Also, make sure to create a database backup before sending the details.
