This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client's website was created in English, but after adding Arabic as the default language, some parts of the website, including the login form and backend, were incorrectly displaying in Arabic instead of English.
Solution:
We advised the client to ensure that English is set as the default language if the website was originally created in English. If Arabic is intended to be the default language, then all settings, themes, WooCommerce, etc., need to be reviewed and corrected to display Arabic properly, and then translate to English as needed. For strings that are not appearing correctly, we recommended using the WPML String Translation to find and translate them. We provided a guide on how to find strings that don't appear on the String Translation page and enable auto-register strings:
