I am sorry for the delay in reply.

Please note the tickets escalated to developers may not be answered by the support until we have an update.

At the moment, the issue is still in our developer's queue. I don't have any ETA regarding when the fix will be released as it depends on various factors. I will update you as soon as I will have a further update.
