This may be happening because of the older version of WordPress and plugins. So please upgrade to the latest version of WordPress and plugins (including WPML and WooCommerce) after a full site backup {mandatory}. Then, clear all types of caches and check whether the bug exists or not.
You may have to visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab and click on the *Check for updates* button to get the WPML automatic upgrade links of the latest version. This step will help us refresh the installer caches.
