Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Your server is blocking access to hidden link creating this issue, could you please contact your server admin and ask them to make the necessary adjustments in order to allow that request.

Also, I request you to update the WP Memory Limit to at least 128MB which is the minimum requirement for WPML: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Paste it just before:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

Thanks,
Rohan

Hello there,

When you load a standard wordpress web.config file, the link you specify opens as shown in the image.
hidden link

Is this the link that you specified?
Can you get information about this?

If so, you should check your redirects in web.config.

Hello,

I am not able to login using the admin login URL you have shared.
Could you please check & share the correct login link?

This seems to be an issue with the IIS server because when I check this URL: hidden link it's working. So maybe the windows server is modifying the URL by adding index.php

So I suggest you to try the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/188860

Please let me know whether the issue is resolved by doing these steps.

NOTE:
Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!).

Thanks,
Rohan

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the admin details.

I just checked the admin & I can see that WPML is sending the request to this URL: hidden link

As I mentioned, in your server only this URL works:hidden link

This is because Windows/IIS is modifying the URL by adding index.php
So you need to remove that by trying the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/188860

You can also contact your server admin if you have any difficulties updating the same.

Thanks,
Rohan
