I am trying to: translate string of plugin from English to Portuguese

URL of (my) website where problem appears: all pages as this plugin is an online chat.

I expected to see: a string translation of English to Portuguese

Instead, I got: no strings found after search and also I have scanned the plugin.

For WPML to be able to translate strings, these should be wrapped in gettext functions:

However, it looks like your plugin is loading the content from a remote server so we dont have a way to hook onto them to translate.

You will need to create 2 widgets at, one for each language, and load the correct one according to the current language.
