Hello,

I got some problems when checking and unchecking taxonomy terms (pic1). When checking terms on default language and then create translation, the terms are synced and duplicated on the translated post. But if I try to uncheck the current checked term on the default language, the terms count is not updated automatically for the translation (pic2). When I click on the number (in that example, the number "2" for "balcony" I get only 1 post which is correct.

I found that I can fix that by clicking on "Fix terms count" button inside WPML -> support -> troubleshooting. But I need to do that manually every time.

Taxonomy was created with "WP Types".

For WPML settings, check "settings.png"
For WPML versions, check "support.png"
WP is 3.9.2.

Any help here? Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance!

In general, I don't get this problem with both Types and WPML.
Looking at your versions of WPML and add-ons, I see they are out-of-date.

Please update 2 following plugins:
+ WPML String Translation 2.0.7
+ WPML Translation Management 1.9.6

Then, try again and let me know the problem persists or not 🙂

I've updated those 2 plugins:

Same problem:

Forgot to mention, I'm using ACF for custom metabox with taxonomy in it.

Your versions look up-to-date now.

If so, this may be a compatible problem with WPML because ACF is not completely compatible with WPML.

Please try to disable ACF, update some posts. The problem persists or not?
