Tell us what you are trying to do? website frontend is not working. I think i will need to validate key so please let me know how to do this.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML!

It doesn't look like WPML related issue and could be coming from your theme.

I suggest you to disable all plugins except WPML and addons. Does this resolve the issue? If so, activate plugin one by one to find the plugin that is causing the issue.

If deactivating plugins doesn't help, please switch to a default theme like TwentyNineeten temporarily and see if it helps. If it does, you would have contact your theme author about the issue.

Let me know if this helps!

Hi,

You would definitely need to add the key to your new domain. The current issue you are facing doesn't seem related to it.

Hi,

Please deactivate plugins other than WPML ones and see if you can add the key.

You can find how to register WPML here:
