This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

We have translated the site into 19 languages. Each Language consists of 3 770 words. The Automatic Translator consumed the 90 000 prepaid credits plus 130 000 pay-as-you-credits -220 000 credits. Is that mean that the translator uses three credits per word?

I would appreciate it if you check and clarify.

Solution:

It depends on the translation engine you are using.

Microsoft -> 1 credit
Google Translate -> 2 credits
DeepL -> 3 credits

It depends on the translation engine you are using.
