But I have 5 menu already but it say: The button is disabled because there are no menus in the site. Add a menu and you can later enable a language switcher in it.

Even after translated a menu to other language and then add the language into that menu but this also not works.

Could you please go to Appearance → Menus and check whether any menu locations are available? If they are, please assign a menu to one of the available locations and see if that helps resolve the issue.

Hlw , I appearance menu says , I don't have any meno but still I have 6 menu on site.

From appearance > menu: I tried to create new menu and I noticed the menu created but after reload appearance > menu says again "No menu found".

The issue is only with wpml activated.

what is the cause ?

It looks like the theme doesn't support any theme locations, resulting in the error, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
