The database dump is included in the zip file. Importbuddy.php unzips and restores the database, they just need to run the script.

It is my understanding that you need to have BackUpBuddy installed in order to run the script (hidden link). I don't have a copy of BackUpBuddy for the test site. So, if you can just send me a zip of the database dump, then I can install it manually. You can edit the previous private reply and paste the link there. Thanks!

Hi Lauren,

Here is what WP admin who provided the file says:

That's incorrect. All you have to do is upload the two files and run importbuddy.php -- she would be up and running in about 5 minutes.

When I try to run the importbuddy.php script, I am asked for a password. Can you please share that with me? I have attached a screenshot.

There is no password in the private reply. Can you please edit that previous reply and add the password into the main content, where you typed "I put the password above"? The entire message is marked as private, not just the special fields. Thanks!

After reading further in the documentation, I noticed that when you edit a Visual Editor element on a page, it is set to display for "All Languages" and I am unable to assign respective languages. I'm thinking this might be related to the issue. I have asked our developers to take a quick look and see if they can find a workaround. I expect to hear back tomorrow and I will update here. If there is no workaround, we will need to escalate to the compatibility team for further investigation.
