I am trying to:

get the menu options showing of my selected languages after just installing the plugin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

All languages added in the dropdown or list menu that I selected

Instead, I got:

just English and the flag at the end of the menu. Please help.

- Could you please make sure you have followed our step by step guide for menu translation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

- Please make sure your theme is WPML compatible. Here is our compatible theme list. You can search your theme in this list. https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility

- Please clear all sort of caches in your site plugin cache / CDN cache (if any) / browser cache and then see if it resolves the issue afterwards.

- Please check for a possible theme and plugin conflict. To do that you can switch back to any default theme (e.g. Twenty Seventeen theme), Disable all plugins except WPML and see if this issue goes away with default theme and only WPML activated?
