I am trying to:

On all my site the editors ATE and the basic one only propose me to translate the title of my pages on all my site.

I expected to see:

all the fields

Instead, I got:

Only the title.

On the screenshots you see the result you have on first onw with 3 fields you have the page the full page content and the 2nd you see the same content in the divi build text module.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Is it possible for me to see the issue on the site an translation directly? Also, have you checked these docs about translating Divi?

Hi,

I don't see anything showing up here either (on the original), is this how it should look like? Are there other elements on this page and if yes, do they appear if you deactivate WPML?

Bruno Kos

Hi,

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress admin username so I could investigate the issue directly? I have marked your next reply private so you can safely add this information.

Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

Hi,

I am not entirely sure what's behind this - even if I translated any strings from those page builders here directly:

They still don't show up in the translations and neither anything shows up in translation editor when it comes to various fields that are properly registered through XML.

Can you tell me how far have you gone with translating the site? If you just started, perhaps we might need to consider WPML reset and start fresh, perhaps something has happened during the initial setup.

So,
I think you did not understand my problem.

The editor does not show me other string to translate than the TITLE of the page when I build my page with DIVI editor.

If I do a page without it work.

Hi,

Please see my message 🙂
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-page-i-created-with-divi-builder-does-not-work-and-i-tried-the-xml-reconf/#post-3807849

They still don't show up in the translations and neither anything shows up in translation editor when it comes to various fields that are properly registered through XML.

What I said there is exactly the same thing you showed me in you video. That is why I asked this and suggested what we should try next (because so far I am unable to find the reason for missing fields):

Can you tell me how far have you gone with translating the site? If you just started, perhaps we might need to consider WPML reset and start fresh, perhaps something has happened during the initial setup.

Can you tell me if you would be willing that we reset WPML and start the multilingual setup anew?

Bruno Kos
