This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that after translating pages using WPML with the Divi builder, the styling and visibility of text on the pages were affected. In the Divi builder, everything appeared normal, but on the live site, issues such as text not displaying or incorrect styling like unintended capitalization and color changes were observed.
Solution:
We initially suggested ensuring that all Divi sections (Layout, Header, Footer) were fully translated via the WPML Translation Dashboard. When the problem persisted, we conducted further investigation by deactivating WPML plugins and clearing the browser cache to determine if WPML was causing the issue. The investigation revealed that the issue was not related to WPML but was due to CSS within the Divi theme that set the text color to white, making it invisible against the background. We advised the client to contact Divi support for assistance with the CSS issue.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

The translation plugin changes the styling on my page, and in some cases it doesn't show the text on the page. However when i look at the page in the divi builder it shows the normal styling/texts, and even the translation i just made. These issues happened before and took a lot of time to fix. This time it happened on multiple locations on te page right after i translated it. Is this a known issue, and how can this be fixed? I send 3 screenshots with it. 1 is of the divi builder with the normal styling/text, 1 is of the same location but on the normal viewing page, and the last one shows shows a spot where the plugin somehow made a blue box around the text, and made the letters capslock.

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Translation Dashboard?

You will see multiple sections for Divi Layout, Divi Header, Divi footer or other Divi sections.

Make sure that all items are sent for translation and translated as those are the necessary parts of the layout to show correctly.

Judging from the screenshots, the content is translated okay, but the layout still needs to be translated following the steps I mentioned.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also tell me which page to check.

Thanks.

Thank you for the login information. Unfortunately, the user that you shared does not have an administrator role, so I can not see the WPML menu at all.

Also you did not tell me the page link that you took the screenshot of so I can check.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you very much. Would you please check the video below?

hidden link

Video Summary:

- I deactivated WPML plugins, including WPML Multilingual CMS, String Translation, and WPML SEO, to test whether WPML was causing the issue.
- After clearing the browser cache and checking the frontend, the same issue still appeared.
- The content is present on the page, but it is hidden because CSS forces the text color to white.
- When I remove that CSS rule in the browser inspector, the text becomes visible again.
- This confirms the issue is not related to WPML.
- The problem appears to come from the Divi theme or a Divi layout/setting that changes the text color.
- Please contact Divi support and ask them to check why that CSS is being generated.

Thanks.
