Hi There,

Please make the following configurations and let me know your results:

1. Upgrade your MySQLVersion to 5.6 or higher.

2. Increase your WP memory limit to 256M or higher at the moment its at 40M

3. Increase your TimeLimit

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
We have problem is following.
- İn attach image(s1s1.png) there are 3 products that i marked.When I clicked plus symbol translate window(s2s2.png) appears.Translate is succesfull.
- İn attach image the products that do not have mark, when I want to translate window(s3s3.png) appears.We complete translation but is doesn't work.
- So there are 2 translation windows.One of theme is not working.

Hello,

The reason there are 2 windows is that when you enable the Advanced Translation Editor(s3s3.png) there is an option in WPML->Settings->Content that was created with WPML's Classic Translation Editor that allows previous translations done with the Classic Translation Editor (s2s2.png) to remain in that editor until a change has been made in the default language and then they update to the Advanced Translation Editor

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed I recommend taking FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
