Hi!
I have several multilanguage sites using WPML and The SEO Framework (hidden link). The sitemap.xml file only list the mail language. On the eitapp.com site that would be finnish. The other language of this site is swedish.

I can see the main sitemap here: hidden link
but the swedish pages are not listed. They are in a diffrent sitemap file:
hidden link

As I have read on the net there should only be 1 sitemap.xml file with all pages and languages listed. How can I get this?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

This is true for Yoast SEO. In the case of "The SEO Framework", this is probably working differently. From what I've seen, this plugin is using custom code to separate languages rather than a list of all pages.

You can submit both URLs to the search engine and it will access the pages in both languages as expected.

Please, let me know if I can help with any other questions you may have about it. I'll be happy to help.

Thank you.
