Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

You can disable WPML plugin by renaming the plugin folder. In your hosting cpanel >> if you have File Manager >> in /wp-content/plugins folders >> Look for the plugin folder “sitepress-multilingual-cms” >> and rename it like “sitepress-multilingual-cms - OFF”.

- After that WP dashboard should be accessible and you can delete the plugin and reinstall by re-downloading from the downloads page:
https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

- Please make sure minimum requirements for WPML meet:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

- Also, make sure you are using updated Plugins and Theme.

- Please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

- If the above does not resolve the issue, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Instructions to send private information are here: hidden link
