I am trying to:
Figure out why my WPML Job list isn't showing. I found on the forum that there maybe issues with the sites certificate.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

this is within our admin side of our site

I expected to see:

The jobs that are within our WPML Job list

Instead, I got:
"The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. Sorry for the late response. It is not normal here.

We have released a new version of WPML(4.3.4) recently. Please upgrade to the latest version after a full site backup and make sure the issue is existing or not.

If the issue exists, please share with me the WordPress debug.log (not WPML debug information) for tracking the issue.

Please check this page for instructions https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/

To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

// Disable display of errors and warnings
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

// Use dev versions of core JS and CSS files (only needed if you are modifying these core files)
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

In this case, the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the */wp-content/* directory. Please do the steps to reproduce the bug and check you are getting any errors or warning related to WPML in the log file.

If you can paste your debug.log to http://pastebin.com/index.php and provide me that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess of discussion).

Hello,

Thank you for the updates and Debug log information. It looks like a compatibility issue between WPML and XTM WMPL Connector plugin. Because the debug log is showing the following error.

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '*****/wp-content/plugins/wpml-translation-management/menu/wpml-translation-jobs-table.class.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear/php:/usr/share/php') in /******/wp-content/plugins/xtm-wpml-connector-master/includes/provider/class-xtm-wpml-connector-provider-jobs.php on line 95

It looks like the plugin is not tested with the latest version of WPML. Therefore to debug the issue further I have created a test site in our Sandbox server. It is a fresh installation.

Please visit the following URL and upload the XTM WMPL Connector plugin. Then check the error is still happening or not.

We would like to make sure the issue is existing in a minimal setup(with the default theme and only required plugins) or not.

I uploaded the plugin and it threw an error. The error is a little different than the one we got but its an error nonetheless:

Hello,

For your kind updates, our compatibility team has updated the Plugin author about this error. The plugin is not compatible with the latest version of Translation Management. They have to modify the code in *XTM WPML Connector* to make work it again.

Most probably it will be fixed in the upcoming version of the *XTM WPML Connector* plugin. We will get back to you soon when we have an update from *XTM WPML Connector* team. Please wait.
