I am trying to translate the content of the website

hidden link

I undertand that I am supposed to add the translation for each page, clicking on the plus and pencil. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be compatible with a theme created with Webflow.

Can you give me confirmation of this, or there is an alternative way that I can use to translate my content?

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

The webflow theme is indeed not part of our official WPML-compatible themes directory here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility

However, that doesn't mean the theme is 100% not compatible with WPML. It might be not compatible at all or partially compatible.

Here is the main documentation for how to translate pages:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/#how-to-translate-pages-posts-and-custom-posts

You could use:

- WPML Classic Translation Editor: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-the-translation-editor/
- WPML Advanced Translation Editor: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/

And if nothing from the option below work, you could also try to use the Duplication method steps that you can find in the link below:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/using-content-duplication/

Please let me know how that goes and if any of the steps I mentioned above work.

If nothing works, I would suggest you contact the plugin authors and recommend them to join our 'Go Global' program (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/) where our Compatibility developers will help them make their plugin 100% compatible with WPML for free.

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
