There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

To troubleshoot the issue further lets enable WordPress Debug mode as explained in the document linked next and watch if some error is logged by WPML or String translation which could give us more insight about the issue.

The issue was an issue with data in the databale of the site and removing the key wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import from the option table fixed the issue.
I see your homepage is only translated to Hindi and gujarati.
Since your page is not translated to odia language yet the odia link hidden link is not working.
Please translate the site and homepage to Odia language to be able to browse it in Odia language. Or following the Options as explained in the next link to display untranslated content in the site translation:
