"domain_name_context_md5" index is missing from icl_strings

I don't know if the problem is linked to this, but I can't get any content to translate when I go to the homepage english translation editing page, neither with classic editor nor the advanced one.

I cannot say that for sure. Usually when there is nothing on the screen there might be either a javascript error in the browser console or an error from WordPress.
It is possible to be related to that, but we shall see...

Please enable debugging in WordPress and check if there are any errors being logged.

You can enable debugging by setting these lines in your wp-config.php file:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

Done. Where I am supposed to see errors ? on frontend or backoffice ? I don't see any.

The errors, if there are any, should be logged in /wp-content/debug.log file

Could you please provide again the login credentials as they were removed once you set the ticket as resolved and I cannot even recall the site URL to check.

The credentials are not working for me. Can you please check them?

Do not post private information in a regular post please, as it will be exposed.

Also, I want to ask your permission to copy your site for further debugging locally if needed. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "WP all in one migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

I'm not able to install new plugins on the website (server limitation). But I was able to generate a AIO WP Migration package (the plugin was already there).

I'm downloading the package now to run some tests and will send you a feedback soon.

The AIO package not worked for me. It get stuck on 98% (see screenshot).

I noticed that there is a fatal error when I try to translate the contact page (see screenshot). However I'm unable to see more details because I don't have access to the files.

As I can't install new plugins on the website, please install the following plugins, so I can try to generate a local copy using another method:
